CORPORATIONS:
Prior to coming to our office we suggest that you consult with your tax advisor or attorney to determine which type of incorporation is best for your business. After that, we file online for your C Corp, S, Corp, LLC, or Partnership.
When deciding on a name for your business we recommend that you have at least two alternates in case your first choice is unavailable. We will confirm name availability, and obtain your Federal I.D. number online. If required, after filling out Form 2553 (Sub Chapter S), we will fax it to the proper office. If you wish us to purchase your corporate book and stock certificates, we can do that.
LANDLORD-TENANT:
If you provide us with the necessary information we will type the forms to be filed with the Court.
If the tenants fail to respond, additional forms may be necessary.
NOTICE TO OWNERS / CLAIM OF LIENS:
Upon your instructions, Document Assistance can type the Notice to Owner on the same day you request it. We file
Claim of Liens immediately.
