CORPORATIONS:
We can help you form your business whether it is a C Corp, S, Corp, LLC, or Partnership. We will confirm name availability, prepare all necessary papers, and obtain your Federal I.D. number from the IRS. If required, we will prepare Sub Chapter S papers and file them. We also include your corporate book and stock certificates.
When deciding on a name for your business we recommend that you have at least two alternates in case your first choice is unavailable.
We suggest that you consult with your tax advisor or attorney to determine which type of incorporation is best for your business.
LANDLORD-TENANT:
If you are considering action against a tenant, Document Assistance will prepare all the necessary documents to be filed with the Court;
Statutory Three Day Notice, Eviction Action and Service of Process.
If the tenants fail to respond within the required time frame, we will prepare
the additional court documents such as a Default , Final Judgment, and a
a Writ of Possession. If necessary, we will also facilitate the enforcement of the judgment to remove the tenants from the property.
NOTICE TO OWNERS / CLAIM OF LIENS:
Document Assistance has been preparing Notice to
Owner and Claim of Lien forms for the past sixteen year to various construction, pool,
fence companies, cabinet makers, contractors and other building suppliers. We send
out the Notice to Owner on the same day you request it. Upon your instructions, we file
Claim of Liens immediately. Our fees are within your budget.
